We operate our own plant which has the capability of washing over 1,700 lbs. per hour.  All of our machines are “micro processed.”  This accurately insures water temperature, quantity of detergent and the type of wash formula for a wide variety of items.  Our system is monitored on a regular basis by technicians of the Gurtler® Chemical Co.
